Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
